What is the Epiphany WIC program?
Our WIC program focuses on supporting families in-person, in the community, and remotely through phone and video services. Our staff works to do our best to support you the way that you need to be supported. For some, tellephone and video appointments are the best way to connect. Others may want to come in to an office to meet in -person. Our WIC program also works with community agencies and medical providers to help provide one stop integrated serices connected to the places you go the most.
What are integrated services?
Where possible our WIC program connects with other providers in the community to help create direct lines of communication that allow streamlined and connectd services. Instead of waiting days for a referral to WIC our partner providers receive contact information as soon as possible or may even be in the office while you’re there. You may want to set up both your primary care visit and your WIC visit at the same time to get things out of the way.
