Our WIC program focuses on supporting families online, in-person, or in the community. Our staff works to do our best to support you the way that you need to be supported. For some, online appointments are the best way to connect. Others may want to come in to an office to meet and connect. Our WIC program also works with community agencies and medical provides to help provide one stop integrated serices connected to the places you go the most.
Where possible our WIC program connects with other providers in the community to help create direct lines of communication that allow streamlined and connectd services. Instead of waiting days for a referral to WIC our partner providers receive contact information as soon as possible or may even be in the office while you're there. You may want to set up both your primary care visit and yoru WIC visit at the same time to get things out of the way.
